ECO-POLICY

Argochem strives to develop its range of eco-friendly products for the purpose of environmental protection. We voluntarily implement environmental assessments at the development stage covering all the stages of our products’ life cycle. The results of this assessment are displayed in the form of the brand “CeramiCoat”. With this brand for its products, Argochem offers:

1. the security of a REACH regulation compliance;
2. the management of chemical substances to reduce the impact on human health and environmental pollution;
3. no-formaldehyde and no-halogens (e.g. Fluorine, Bromine), no-parabens and others hazardous chemicals in developed compounds.

Moreover, the proposed treatments do not show a cell viability reduction, indicating no cytotoxic effects. These results show that by means of sol-gel treatments, the fabrics coated are not cytotoxic and thus safe to use in contact with the skin. For all the proposed products we use chemicals easily available on the European market.
